With MessageDesk, your entire team can send and receive text messages to customers from a single 10-digit phone line. Regardless of which team member is sending the text

This way your contacts have a single number to reach out to when they need something.

Once in a conversation, team members can assign themselves the conversation or they can hand off the conversation to someone else on the team.

At any point, you'll be able to filter your inbox based on assignee - which teammate is assigned - making it easy to keep things organized.

By default, your Inbox will only show "Open" conversations. At any point, you can choose to show "All". "Scheduled" or "Closed" only.

Once you've resolved the conversation, simply mark it as closed so it's removed from the Inbox altogether.

Don't worry though - if the contact ever replies the conversation will automatically be "Open" again and come back to your Inbox.

When viewing the Inbox you will see if any other team members are currently viewing the same contact as you. This way you don't step on each other's toes.

Anytime you jump into a conversation, you can see which team members sent each message as well.
