Clearing your browser cache should be the first step in most situations if MessageDesk isn't working properly.
After you are done, make sure to refresh your page.
How to Clear your Chrome Web Cache:
At the top right, click the ellipses โ .
Hover over More tools and then select Clear browsing data.
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
Click Clear data.
How to Clear Your Safari Web Cache:
At the top left menu Select Safari > Preferences
Select the Privacy tab
Click on Manage Website Data
Search for MessageDesk in the search bar
Click remove on the bottom left
How to Clear your Cache on Firefox:
Click the menu button and select Preferences.
Select the Privacy & Security panel on the left
In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
Close the about: preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
