You set your Organization Name when you first sign up with MessageDesk.

It's a great idea to change this to your Organization's name so it matches the Organization you're a part of.

To start, navigate to your Settings menu that's located in the lower left corner of MessageDesk. Then, click into the Account and Phone Settings.

Once you're in your Account and Phone Settings, you can click on the pen icon next to your existing organization name to change it.

When finished, the top left of your screen will reflect the changes you made!
