Your organization name is first set to the email of the admin user who signs up with MessageDesk.

It's a great idea to change this to your Organization's name so your MessageDesk account looks more like yours.

To start, navigate you your Settings menu that's located in the lower left corner of MessageDesk. Then, click into the Account and Phone Settings.

Once you're in your Account and Phone Settings, you can click on the pen icon next to your existing organization name to change it.

When finished, the top left of your screen will reflect the changes you made!
