An onboarding meeting is a time for you to connect with your Customer Success Manager at MessageDesk.

In the Onboarding meeting we can:

  • Work on getting your MessageDesk account set up

  • Go over the basics of MessageDesk and how it works

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Identify goals and objectives for using MessageDesk

  • Look at other opportunities to utilize MessageDesk that you may not have thought of

Really, this is your time so whatever we can do to help you succeed in MessageDesk is what we can do in the meeting.
