Static groups are simply ways to group contacts in MessageDesk so you can text message them without reply-all.
In this article we'll go over how to create static groups and manage them over time.
How to Create a Static Group
Navigate to groups
Click "Create Group"
Click "Select from your existing contacts"
Give the Group a Name
Add people one-by-one by searching for first or last name OR; Import contacts into the group.
Static groups will not change over time and are managed manually. So, to change who is included in the group, you will need to add or remove contacts from the group.
