Inbox by MessageDesk Introduces 4 big updates:

  1. Unify multiple phone numbers into a single inbox

  2. Dedicated inboxes for your team

  3. Label conversations and setup dedicated label inboxes

  4. Setup custom roles for your team

We'll detail each below

Add Multiple Phone Numbers to a Single Inbox

Each phone number will have it's own section within the inbox. You can view all conversations across your phone numbers by clicking "All Conversations".


Dedicated Team Inboxes

Quickly see which conversations are assigned to each teammate across your entire set of phone numbers.


Label Conversations

Quickly apply labels to conversations to organize your inbox effectively.


My Inbox

Each user has a dedicated inbox section to view and manage:

  • "My Conversations": Any conversation assigned to you

  • "Sent": All past sent messages from the user

  • "Scheduled": Any message scheduled by the user

  • "Anonymous": Any conversation without a contact assigned
