In this article you'll learn how to create custom roles so you can assign specific inbox access to your teammates
How to create custom roles
First, Navigate to Settings and Click "Team Management"
Second, Click "Roles and Permissions" Tab
Here you can manage all your existing roles. Lets go ahead and create a new Role
You'll be prompted to name your new role
Once your role is created, select it from the dropdown
Now you can modify the access this role has
Assign Role to Teammate(s)
Once your role is created, assign it to teammates to grant them specific access to your MessageDesk workspace.
