Personalize the inbox to meet your unique style and fit your teams needs

Inbox by MessageDesk gives you full control over the inbox. You can configure personal inbox settings to customize your individual experience or configure global settings that impact your entire team.

We'll detail both options below.

Personal Inbox Settings

In settings, you'll see a "My Settings" section. Here you can modify your personal settings without impacting your team.

  • Customize your Inbox Color scheme. Choose light or dark mode and apply custom color palettes!

  • Manage your inbox layout. Show/hide specific inboxes from your layout

  • Setup a custom SMS signature

Notifications Preferences

  • Configure your preferences when it comes to receiving email and push notifications from MessageDesk


Workspace Settings

As an admin, you can configure global settings that impact your entire team. Here you can manage your team, add phone numbers and configure default settings for any new teammates added to your inbox.
