How to export contacts from your iPhone or iOS device
Part 1. How to merge your iPhone and iPad contacts with iCloud
Navigate to the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap on your name at the top of the screen in order to open your Apple ID settings.
Locate and tap iCloud to access your iCloud settings.
Look for the list: Apps Using iCloud and see Contacts.
Make sure the green Contacts slider is enabled for use with iCloud.
Part 2. How to export your iPhone and iPad contacts from iCloud
Next, visit iCloud using a web browser on either your Mac or PC and sign in using your Apple ID.
From the iCloud dashboard click Contacts.
In the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, click the gear icon.
Click Select All to select all contacts in your iCloud
Click the gear icon again and select Export vCard.
This will now export and save your contacts in a .vcf file on your computer.
Part 3. How to convert your iCloud .vcf contacts into a CSV (comma separated value file) for use in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers

Using the file converter, click Choose File and select the .vcf file that you exported from your iCloud account.
In the Format drop-down, select CSV and Comma. Then proceed to check the box that says Add header line. Finally, click Convert.
Once your file downloads, you can open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.
How to export contacts from Android
Part 1. Sync and merge contacts on your phone with Google
Navigate to and click on the Contacts app on your Android device.
Click the Settings option and then choose the option to Merge with Google. Your Android device is connected to your Google account. NOTE: If you have already merged your Android to your Google account, you may ignore this step.
Install Gmail on your Android device. Then open the Gmail app.
Navigate to the App Drawer. Click Settings. Click Accounts and Sync.
Next, enable the Accounts and Sync option.
Choose your Gmail account and open the Sync Contacts option. Finally, click Sync.
Now all of your Android contacts will appear in your Gmail account under contacts.
Part 2. Now that your contacts have synced in Gmail, log in to your Gmail account from your computer.
Click on the Google Apps icon next to your profile in the top right corner of the screen.
Navigate to and click on the Contacts option.
Select the contacts you would like to export by clicking each one individually or selecting all.
Once the contacts are selected, click Export in the drop-down menu on the left side of the screen.
Once the export window pops up, make sure you are exporting your desired contacts and click the Outlook CSV bubble.
Finally, click Export and then your contacts will be downloaded as a CSV file that you will be able to open and manage in Microsoft Excel.
