MessageDesk groups make organizing contacts and sending group texts easy.

Editing groups is just as easy.

First, make your way to the "Groups" tab on the left side of the screen.

Once you've clicked on the tab, you'll see a bunch of pre-made groups.

Some groups, like the ones below, will have a lock icon. This means that they are default groups that cannot be edited.

The rest of your groups are open to edits.

To edit groups, locate and click on the three verticle dots on the right-hand side of the page.

Once you select the three dots, you will see a menu pop up with the option to "edit group"

After you click "edit group" the following menu will pop up.

From this menu, you can edit the group name and group description by clicking on the text box and typing.

NOTE: If the group is a "Filter Group" you cannot add and remove people manually. Instead, contacts can only enter the group if they match the "Filter" so to add contacts you'll want to update their profile details so the match the filter.
