How to Filter Invoices

  1. Navigate to Payments in the left side menu.

  2. Click on Invoices.

  3. Select the Dropdown menu on the top left corner.

If you can't find the Payments tab in the left side menu, it is likely you have not connected your Xero or QuickBooks Online account.

For an Individual Contact

  1. From the Contacts profile, click on the customer Invoices tab.

  2. The customer invoices tab will display various invoice filter options.

  3. The filter allows you to view your invoices by “Oldest to Newest”, “By Highest Balance”, etc.

  4. You can also search for an invoice by Invoice Number.
