When viewing Contacts in MessageDesk you can multi-select them and "Save for Later".

This is a great way to create a personal list of contacts that you can add or remove from as you navigate through the Contacts Module.

Once your list is complete, you'll be able to save that list Permanently as a new or existing Group. Or you can delete those contacts from your account altogether as well.
