Depending on why you're using MessageDesk, you may not want your contacts to reply to messages.
Usually, this is the case if you're just using MessageDesk to send no-reply notifications to your clients or customers. Examples include sending shipping notifications, purchase confirmations, or 1-way marketing blasts.
You can easily turn off replies in MessageDesk by using our Office Hours feature.
Office hours are found in Campaigns -> Office Hours
In the Office Hours module, you'll be able to manage how MessageDesk replies to your contacts based on certain weekdays.
