Navigate to the Login page and click "Forgot Password". You'll be prompted to enter the email associated with your account. An password reset email will be sent to your email directly.

As an Admin you can reset teammate passwords from inside MessageDesk. Simply navigate to "Team," and then click on your teammate's profile and click "Reset Password."
