With MessageDesk, all text messages get sent from a 10-digit number of your choice.

There are a few options for what kind of number you can get in MessageDesk.

Local Area Code:

You can use a local area code number in MessageDesk. We'd be happy to assign a number to your account from your local area code.

Toll Free Number:

Good news, this is the default for your number in MessageDesk. The first time you send a text in the app, we'll automatically assign you a toll-free number.

Use your Own Number:

You can use your own phone number that customers already know. This will only work if it's a number for a business landline.
