With MessageDesk, all text messages get sent from a 10-digit number of your choice.
There are a few options for what kind of number you can get in MessageDesk.
Keep your Temporary Number:
You can always keep the number that we initially assign you during your trial. We refer to this as a "temporary" number. However, you can use this for as long as you have an active MessageDesk subscription.
Local Area Code:
You can use a local area code number in MessageDesk. We'd be happy to assign a number to your account from your local area code.
Use your Own Number:
You can use your own phone number that customers already know. This will only work if it's a number for a business landline.
