Trying to block certain contacts from calling your account? Then you're in the right spot.
I'll go over two different ways to block phone numbers in MessageDesk.
How Block All Unknown Contacts From Calling Your Account
Following these steps will prevent unknown numbers from calling your account. This is best if you have a large contact list already and aren't trying to use calling as a way to generate new leads or contacts.
Navigate to Settings
Select the 'Workspace Settings'
Toggle the 'Block Anonymous Calls' setting to enable it.
How to Block Specific Phone Numbers or Contacts
To block a specific phone number first you'll need to make a contact with that number.
Once the contact is made follow these steps:
Navigate to the Contacts menu
Search for the Contact
Click on the ellipses next to their contact.
Select 'Block'
