You can manage your files from the Media module located in the Plugins menu.
From here, you can delete, rename your files
Most common file types are supported by MessageDesk MMS:
.mp4
.mp3
.jpg
.jpeg
.png
.gif
and many more...
1. Navigate to the Plugins menu at the bottom left of your screen.
2. Select the 'Media' tab in the Plugins menu.
3. Select the ellipses next to the image you would like to edit.
4. Select the option you would like to proceed with.
Delete your file: Remove the image from your media library.
Edit your file name: Change the name of the file and how it appears in MessageDesk.
View Profile: View the profile of the user who uploaded the image.
Download File: Download the file directly to your computer.
