A picture is worth a thousand words so why not send more of them?

Add a picture to your broadcasts or one-on-one messages to bring your conversation to the next level.

Most common file types are supported by MessageDesk MMS:

  • .jpg

  • .jpeg

  • .png

  • .gif

  • and many more...

Read till the end for some bonus tips!

How to Send an Image

1. Select the media icon in any message compose box in the app.

You can add an image to any message being sent out of MessageDesk. You'll find that you can add images to broadcasts, autoresponses, and even opt-out messages.

No matter where you want to send an image, the process is always the same. Just select the 'Add Image' icon in the toolbar of your message compose box.

2. Add a new image to your library or select an existing image.

You can add a new image to quickly send an image from your computer.

Once you have added a new image, it will be stored in your media library in the Plugins menu. From here, you can delete images, add them to folders, etc.

3. Send away!

By far the most simple (and best) step, sending your message!

If you encounter trouble getting your message delivered, you may need to compress it further. To compress your image, refer to our guide on compressing images.

Bonus Tips

1. Drag and Drop

You can drag and drop images straight from your computer into a message compose box to attach an image.

2. Copy/Paste Images

In addition to the drag and drop feature, you can also copy & paste images directly into the message compose box.
