Why aren't any search results showing?
It's possible your search experience hasn't synced with your MessageDesk database correctly. Please email us at support@messagedesk.com to troubleshoot the issue.
Is the search case sensitive?
No, you can enter your search values in any format, as long as it matches the fields your searching for.
